Return Policy

All products are tested ensuring satisfaction with your‘s product. However, if a product is within faulty or begins to fail, we may be able to assist you.

All products are covered by manufacturer standard warranty as stipulated in the manufacturer policies and documentation. Product may be imported and may include different power cable from but we always add the appropriate power cable (based on the customer’s location), for all parts sold by

General Return Policy;

All products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, products which were manufacturer seal has been broken (open box), are subject to restocking fees as stipulated below

Dead upon Arrival;

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, not working or that is not the product you ordered, please return it to us within fifteen days and we will arrange for your choice of replacement or refund. Items are returned via mail. Before returning said items, it is required that you first contact us at will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.

Final Sale and Nonreturnable Items (Licenses, Software etc.)

All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned.

Returns / exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, which is valid for 10 days. To obtain an RMA Number, contact with us. Returns with Opened Box (Original Manufacturer Sealed Broken) items missing packaging or accessories may result in a deduction in your refund.

Restocking Fees;

If product is in New Condition -unopened original box, your refund will be reduced by 20%. An ‘open box’ return will result in a 30% reduction, and a missing box will result in a 50% reduction. Used condition or damaged returns will result in an 80% reduction in your refund. Shipping cost will not be refunded; however, tax will be applied to your refund.
